The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.ylea.co.uk (the "Website") and your use of the website itself.

You may want to print a copy of these for future reference.

Ylea is the registered trading name of Ylea Entreprise, a company registered in France which is based in La Garde, France and operates the Website. The company's registered office address is at 375, Avenue St Just, Lot n°20, 83130, France. All day-to-day correspondence should be addressed to the company's office address. VAT No: FR92481020634

In these terms "we" refers to Ylea Entreprise and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any Ylea customer.

Ylea can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or orders by telephone or post.

PRICES & CURRENCIES ACCEPTED

All prices shown on the Website www.ylea.co.uk are in £ sterling (GBP) and excluding VAT. You might have to pay extra charges to your bank for any order on our Website, as our company's office is in France.
All prices are as stated on the website but Ylea reserves the right at any time to revise the prices of goods without notice.
Delivery costs will be £ 19.90 for any order up to £ 149.99. They will be offered for any order from £ 150.

AVAILABILITY

All goods are subjected to availability and may be changed at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case the goods are not available. If so, we will refund your credit card as soon as possible.

PAYMENT DETAILS & SECURITY

Payments to Ylea are handled securely by Cyber Plus Office.Cyber Plus Office accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).
An authorisation code for the amount of the order is taken when you input your card details at the order stage. Your card is only debited for the order amount when your order is validated.
Upon despatching your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been sent - this is sent to the email address you provide.

Ylea does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card data -Cyber Plus Office simply takes an authorisation code and debits your card for the order amount when you validate your order.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to contact@ylea.eu stating your order number, date of order, name and contact telephone number. Do not forget to fill in immediately the document provided by your UK forwarder when you notice your goods have been damaged. It is your responsability to check the contents with your forwarder. Ylea is not responsible for any damaged or lost goods if you have not respected these instructions.In case of goods received damaged or faulty please return the goods to us with a copy of your Ylea invoice within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods and postage to the card the goods were purchased on, on condition this has been recorded by your forwarder.

EXCHANGED

Ylea is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply:

1. Return your unused items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt with all the original tags attached.

2. Send the entire invoice and your items to our returns address:

Unless we mistakenly sent you the wrong items, costs of delivery back to us will have to be paid by you.

Please note:
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund goods which have been used, altered or deteriorated or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a sealable condition in their original seal.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the the value of the goods and provides you with the proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorder Delivery).

REFUNDS

Return the unused items along with your invoice to us at our returns address (stated above) within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately we cannot make a refund for goods which have been used, altered or deteriorated or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a sealable condition. I f we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.
We will issue a refund if the terms of return are adhered to.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made -allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.
We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 3-5 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Loi Informatique et Liberté. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
We will also give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we dot not collect or hold any credit/debit card information from you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and it is in your interests. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.
This privacy policy applies from 1st November 2008. We may amend our policy occasionnaly so advise you to check regurarly to view our most up to date policy.

WARRANTIES

Ylea is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

YLEA ENTREPRISE'S LIMITED LIABILITY

Expect in relation to liability for death or personal injury Ylea's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Ylea shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if Ylea has previsously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by Ylea. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may noy copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.

JURISDICTION
